Same Day Glasses in Amersham, glasses in Around One Hour
Same Day Glasses in Amersham, glasses in Around One Hour
If you are searching for same day glasses near me or glasses in an hour near me and you are within reach of Buckinghamshire. Direct Sight Optical Store in Amersham is your answer.
We are not a high street practice that sends your frames to an off-site lab. Our optical laboratory is on the same premises as our store. Which is why same day glasses in Amersham are genuinely possible. Your lenses are cut, glazed and fitted in-house, by qualified optical technicians.
What to Bring to the Store
- Your current written prescription from your optician. We will need SPH, CYL, Axis and PD values where you have them. Your optician is legally required to provide you with your prescription details.
- Your existing glasses, if you still have them. Our dispensing opticians can verify key prescription values from your current lenses as a reference.
What Happens in Store
- Arrive and choose your frame from our in-store range. You will find the same frame range that we offer online, plus more! Our dispensing team can advise on the best frame for your prescription and face shape.
- Our qualified team will review your written prescription and advise on the most suitable lens type. The lens options available are the same as offered online.
- Your lenses are cut, glazed and fitted in our on-site laboratory. This process typically takes around one hour for standard single vision prescriptions.
- Your glasses are quality-checked and dispensed by the dispensing optician before you leave. You collect same day.
