Please ensure your glasses are well packaged, ideally in a hard glasses case. We cannot accept responsibility for any frames lost or damaged during postage and that whilst every effort will be taken to protect your frame, breakages and/or damage can occur during the reglaze process. Every effort will be taken to ensure that your glasses are returned to you in a satisfactory condition but Direct Sight cannot be held responsible for any damage to the frame or change in the adjustment of the frame, and it is taken at your own risk when sending your glasses into us to be reglazed. We cannot be liable for any costs that may incur to have the frame adjust or the frame replace if such any changes or damages occur. We cannot guarantee to return the original lenses.
