In the rare case of a problem with your order or if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return your frames within 30 days, along with a completed Returns Form (which will be found on the back of your invoice) and send it to the following address:

With our 2 for 1 offer you can select two frames and get the cheapest frame for FREE. This offer excludes sunglasses. Price includes single vision lenses; thinner lenses, varifocals and coatings available at additional cost.
Non-Prescription Glasses and Sunglasses - We ask to allow up to 14 working days for non-prescription glasses and sunglasses to be dispatched, depending on stock availability and popular demand.
Single Vision Prescription Glasses - 7-14 working days.
Single Vision Prescription Glasses with Tinted lenses - 7-14 working days.
Complex Prescriptions (including Bifocal, Varifocal, Prism values and Rimless Frames) - 14-28 working days.
We make every effort to ensure our items are dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible. The majority of orders are dispatched well within the time scales advised.
Standard Delivery - 3 to 5 business days with royal mail 2nd class
Recorded Delivery - 1 to 3 business days with royal mail 2nd Class Recorded, a signature will be required upon receipt
Tracked Delivery - Next day delivery with royal mail, a signature will be required upon receipt
