** Designer frames come directly from our suppliers (mostly Italy) and usually arrive within 5 days after date of order. If we are notified that a frame is on back order, we will contact you to advise of any potential delays.
We offer a same day dispatch service available on our Next Day Express frames when customised with single vision clear lenses. Certain lens types take longer to manufacturer so are not available to order under the Next Day Express option.

Orders placed before midday on Monday to Friday will be completed and dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday or during the weekend of a public holiday will be completed and dispatched the following working day for delivery the next business day.
All Next Day Express orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and normally arrive within 1-2 days.

We currently only dispatch to address within the UK.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timescales, this may be that the parcel is delayed within the mailing system. We ask that you allow up to 2 weeks (10 working days) before contacting us. If your parcel has not arrived within this time, please contact our customer service team. You will need your order number and the date that your order was dispatched. You will be sent a non-delivery form that we ask you to complete for us to use as evidence of non-receipt in our claim with the courier service used.
Customers own frames sent for reglazing are are sent at the customers own risk. We can not be held responsible if these items go missing in the postal system. All reglaze orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 48.
